Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her college studies. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals each year. At the close of 2009, she had won four fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her degree from college. In the month of October, 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished at third. The summer of 2016 saw her took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th within the fitness division even though she having zero expectations. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body every year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up before going into working sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
